By accessing or using RightWay (rightway.day) and our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of service

RightWay provides a platform for startups to create business profiles, collect user ratings, and be listed in our startup directory. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use RightWay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate other businesses
• Submit fraudulent, purchased, or incentivized reviews
• Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our platform without permission
• Interfere with the platform's security or functionality
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited marketing

5. Ratings and reviews

Ratings must reflect genuine user experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, appear fraudulent, or contain abusive content. Startup owners may publicly respond to reviews but may not offer incentives for positive ratings.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload to your profile. By posting content, you grant RightWay a non-exclusive license to display it on your public profile and in our directory. The RightWay name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.

7. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The free Starter plan remains available indefinitely with no payment required.

8. Limitation of liability

RightWay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed from the directory.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
