2. Description of service
RightWay provides a platform for startups to create business profiles, collect user ratings, and be listed in our startup directory. The Free plan is available at no cost, and the Pro plan is priced at $20. Pro includes advanced dashboard features for managing business data. Confirm billing terms in signup before subscribing.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use RightWay.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to create fake profiles or impersonate businesses, submit fraudulent reviews, post offensive or illegal content, scrape the platform without permission, interfere with platform security, or use the service for spam.
5. Ratings and reviews
Ratings must reflect genuine user experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, appear fraudulent, or contain abusive content. Startup owners may publicly respond to reviews but may not offer incentives for positive ratings.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload to your profile. By posting content, you grant RightWay a non-exclusive license to display it on your public profile and in our directory. The RightWay name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
7. Subscription and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost. Pro is priced at $20 and includes advanced dashboard features for managing business data. Review the billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown during signup before subscribing.
8. Limitation of liability
RightWay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed from the directory.
10. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
