Content and proof standards

Evidence before publication

The marketing site must not present example data as customer evidence. Do not publish invented company names, customer names, testimonials, profile counts, review scores, credentials, or business outcomes.

Customer stories

Before publishing a customer story, record the customer's written approval, confirm the spelling and attribution, and retain sources for any quantified result. Remove or update a story if permission is withdrawn.

Product and pricing claims

The current public plans are Free at no cost and Pro at $20; Pro includes advanced dashboard features for managing business data. Confirm billing interval and plan details in the live signup flow before publishing additional claims. Avoid guarantees about search ranking, investment, revenue, traffic, reviews, or customer trust.

Images and accessibility

Marketing-page artwork is generated locally by scripts/generate-site-artwork.mjs and stored in public/media/artwork/. Give each visible page and section its own illustration; do not reuse the same image in multiple placements. These original SVG illustrations do not use remote image services or stock-photo URLs; they are illustrations, not photographs or depictions of actual RightWay staff, customers, or results. Keep that distinction clear in captions and alt text.

Write concise alternative text that conveys the purpose of meaningful visuals, and use empty alternative text for decorative visuals.
